DALLAS DOUGHERTY
With an extensive list of aliases and last known addresses, the details of Dallas Dougherty’s life are spotty. He was born in Washington State, during the early eighties. As an active child, he was known to be very creative. After mastering number muncher’s*, he became bored of the limited capabilities of his computer and created the internet. When he was in high school, his hatred for carrying loose change led him to develop the cell phone. At 7’ tall, he was recruited by every college in the country, to play every sport they offered. Then, under mysterious circumstances, he vanished.

A federal check revealed his identity had been deleted from the national database. Authorities were unclear as to how or why this had happened. After an extensive nationwide search, authorities revealed his involvement in a secret program that trained young men and women to use special powers for the benefit of humanity. However, after undergoing a series of experiments, Dallas became suspicious of the program and escaped from the facility. He had discovered the organizations true intent, to exploit his abilities for evil and gain power.

Knowing that the program would stop at nothing to find him, Dallas went into hiding. A number of unsubstantiated surveillance sightings led agents to determine Dallas was developing plans to expose the secret organization for crimes committed, and possibly steal millions from them in the process. He was last seen attempting to parachute out of a commercial aircraft over SW Washington State, with $200,000 strapped to his chest. The program is currently missing $200,000.
